Returns & Refunds Policy
At Pet Supply, we aim to provide the best service and products for you and your pets. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please carefully read our returns and refund policy below.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase for most items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unopened and in its original packaging
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note, change-of-mind returns are not accepted for perishable products, including pet food and flea or worm treatments.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To process this, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We may ask for photographic evidence of the fault or damage, and in some cases, the item will need to be returned for inspection.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@petsupply.co.nz with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For faulty or damaged products, we will cover the shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used pet food
- Flea and worm treatments
- Personalised or custom products
